WORKSHOPS
I facilitate topic-specific workshops ranging from virtual 90-min workshops to short or day-long in-person sessions. We work on accountability, strategic thinking, team performance, feedback skills, executive presence, and the list goes on. Workshops offer a mindset shift, a model to work from, and live practice to build skills in real time.
OFFSITES
I facilitate offsites where focus is often less specific in nature. This could be the executive team looking for crisper alignment, a clearer path, a frank discussion on focus and goals, or healthier dynamics. It could be work with a functional team or an org-wide gathering where some broader goals are named (connection across teams, improved processes, etc) but the exact path is discovered that day.
