I am a certified coach, experienced facilitator, and leadership development expert with over 10 years of experience coaching startup founders, senior leaders, and teams. As the first internal coach at Airbnb, I developed leadership coaching programs, facilitated custom team offsites, and supported leaders in navigating high-growth, fast-paced environments. My work focuses on empowering individuals and teams to navigate challenges, foster innovation, and drive meaningful, sustainable results.

With more than 20 years of experience across hospitality, healthcare tech, and web3/fintech, I have a deep understanding of both organizational dynamics and the complexities of leadership. I’ve partnered with leaders at companies such as Google, Adobe, and various startups, helping them enhance their leadership capabilities and build resilient, high-performing teams.

Currently, as Head of People at the Celo Foundation, I lead People Strategy and Operations for a global, remote-first team. In this role, I’ve focused on maintaining strong employee engagement, leading organizational change, and developing innovative compensation and benefits programs.

At FreedomCare, where I served as Head of People & Culture, I scaled the HR function from 65 to over 450 employees and built out leadership development programs that were critical to our growth across multiple states. My approach integrates strategic thinking, team-building, and a deep commitment to creating workplaces where people can thrive.

My coaching style is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and a clear focus on achieving results. Whether working with startup founders or senior leaders, I’m passionate about helping individuals and teams excel in fast-growth environments.

I’m based in the countryside of Chatham, a few hours upstate from NYC, where you’ll find me going on hikes and playing soccer with my two boys or cooking and baking for my family.
