What words describe your team?
Do the words collaborative, energized, accountable, courageous, streamlined, and candor come to mind?
Or is it closer to words like territorial, apprehensive, passive, stuck, tense, and silos?
Effective teams accomplish so much more. Your job as a leader is to multiply the strengths of the people on your team. To build clarity, accountability, and focus.
Let's build your team.
To work with your team, our strategy may include standalone workshops, custom offsites, assessments, or coaching.
Workshops
Our experiential workshops introduce a key concept and give your team members a supportive space to practice and learn a new skill. Our skilled facilitators invite discussion and support a dynamic learning environment. We find that while learning from us and from each other, there is always plenty to be learned for both the more and less experienced people on your team.
Do your team members have a hard time hearing or giving feedback? Do you understand what their key strengths are and how to leverage that for the team as a whole? Do people with different personality types have a harder time communicating? Let's tackle these and other challenges and empower your team to succeed.

Offsites
Time away from the flurry of daily meetings and the office environment can do wonders for your team's ability to focus on what matters.
Is everyone on your team clear on what the vision is, what the goals are, and how to get there? Are there overlapping responsibilities that create confusion around ownership? Is everyone following the same rules of communication and prioritization?
With engaging, energizing offsites, let’s align your team, articulate goals, communicate resource needs, and design an effective path forward, maximizing the value of your team’s time.
Options for coaching your team:
An entire team of direct reports
A cross-functional team or working group
Key collaborators who are at an impasse
Heads of departments

Team Coaching
There are times when direct coaching is the best way to heal rifts and build trust.
This may include coaching two people with a history of challenges, or may be for a larger group to enable change.
This kind of coaching leverages coach training specific to working with teams and key collaborators. This approach creates a safe environment for disagreement in service of aligning around what really matters and where to go from here.
Oftentimes, coaching team members individually around workshop content or assessments—like 360 feedback, personality type, or strengths—is the most effective way to integrate learning and shift behavior in a positive direction. This option is available as a standalone or in tandem with our workshops or offsites.
